Pick up

Once you create your account, schedule your pick up through our website or App, we'll pick up from your chosen location, home /business. We'll notify you by text or email. For your 1st order, place garments in a bag of your choice

Processing your order

Your order will be cleaned to your standards by our experts, neatly folded and packed ready to be delivered back to you within 24-48 hrs in a custom Pink Lady Laundry bag with your customer card attached.

Pickup your order

We deliver your freshly cleaned garments in a Pink Lady Laundry bag, ready for you to use on your next order. You'll be notified by text/email.

Pick ups are run daily from Monday - Friday from 7am unless your in a designated route day for your area. For a faster turnaround time, place an order the night before and your order will be delivered within 24 - 48 hrs. Please re-use your custom bag or $25 bag replacement fee applies.
